Request Certificate

To be able to use the application, you need to request a certificate from QualityEngineer.hu. You also need to request a certificate if your trial period or subscription period is about to expire.

The form is describing, how the request and what to do with the received certificate.

Type your username or company name into the register to field. If you subscribed for multiple seats (machine), you need to send these requests created on the machine you want to use the application.

Once you press the generate button, you can save the unsigned certificate to a selected location to find it easier for sending it by e-mail. If you have started the process from the application start, you will be noted that the unsigned certificate is now available and you can copy the signed one to the right folder as well. If you have not received the signed certificate yet, the application will terminate and you can continue the process once the signed certificate is available.

The returned certificate will allow to use the application for the purchased time period. Before the application expire, you will get a notification and you can request a new certificate.

The application will notify you about the upcoming license expiration to allow you to get an updated certificate for your next subscription period. For this you do not need to regenerate the original unsigned certificate, just to send it to QualityEngineer.hu. Once your subscription payment is received, QualityEngineer will send you the extended license for your next period.
